Advisory Services
PUBC draws on the deep operational expertise of PUB Singapore to provide advisory services to water utilities regionally.
Our services span the full water cycle, covering water supply planning, source diversification, desalination operations, water reclamation, and distribution network management. We help utilities improve operational efficiency through non-revenue water reduction, energy efficiency optimisation, and adoption of digital technologies.
We also advise on institutional reform, workforce capacity building, and performance management, as well as demand management through water pricing, conservation programmes, and regulatory frameworks.
Grounded in decades of real-world operational experience, PUBC delivers practical, context-sensitive solutions to help utilities build resilient and sustainable water services for the communities they serve.
Training
PUBC training programme focus on troubleshooting issues related to civil, mechanical, and electrical systems in plants or projects.
Participants will learn how to identify and resolve problems in these areas to ensure smooth operation and project success.
In addition to the engineering aspects, we will also provide training on consultancy services related to PPP projects, R&D projects, and environmental projects, all with a focus on utilities.
To enable participants to better understand PUB function, we will be able to arrange site visit if required.
Benchmarking / Operational Audit
PUBC offers comprehensive audit services for companies seeking assessments of their utility plants, with a focus on processes and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
